When it comes to training with regard to screed, PAKAD, the PCT Academy, is the first choice for screed layers and for architects.
We offer training courses for screed specialist companies, floor covering companies, architects, planners and decision makers on all the relevant topics: products, product application, raw materials for the installation of the screed surface, standards, tests, system structures, construction physics and floor coverings. In addition to that we also offer high-quality sales and debating skill training courses.

RETANOL® TÜV TRAINING COURSES
Something only available from PCT: TÜV certified screed layers, expert consultants and site managers.
With regard to the visible differentiation of a professionally competent screed layer from a low-skilled "discount layer" we introduced in 2016 the "RETANOL® Flooring Specialist with TÜV Rheinland Certified Qualification" in cooperation with TÜV Rheinland and LGA Products GmbH. In 2017 this was followed by the TÜV Rheinland Certified RETANOL® Specialist Construction Manager.
Prior to this professionally competent screed layers, expert consultants and site managers get an "additional training" at the "PCT Academy PAKAD", including a final TÜV examination. These seals of approval are a positive indication of professional expertise, reliability and highest screed quality for architects, planners and building contractors.
